Sales Tax
For all Oklahoma orders, a state sales tax of 8.725% will be added.

Shipping and Handling
There is a minimum $6.75 shipping and handling charge for all orders. Shipping is via USPS Ground or USPS Priority.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada
There will be an additional $15 charge added to the order for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. There is a $15 charge for USPS Ground shipping to Canada and a $25 charge for USPS Priority to Canada for order under 3 pounds.

If your AFO Liner does not fit properly
Let us help you find your size. AFOs come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Therefore the "Measuring & Sizing Guide" may not be the exact fitting guide for all AFOs.

Returns/Exchanges
Unworn products in original package may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Please include packing slip with return. Mail Return or Exchange to - afoliner.com, P.O. Box 851185, Yukon, Oklahoma 73085-1185.
